Self Catering Accommodation in North Norfolk

The Jones Family purchased the Home Farm at Briningham in 1998 and it has been farmed and enjoyed by us since then.

In 2007 we decided that something must be done with the older buildings on the farm that no longer served any use – they were beginning to fall into disrepair. We employed the services of local architect Robert Lord and sought planning permission to convert the old stables and cartshed in the farmyard and also an old lambing barn in the centre of the farm into holiday accommodation.

We offer two high quality self catering cottages five minutes walk from each other:

     Canfers Barn, which was completed in early July 2009 - sleeps 2.

     Bayses Barn, which was completed in April 2010 - sleeps 4. (5 - on a sofa bed).

Both barns have been completed to a very high 4 Star Tourist Board Standard and have both been awarded Gold Awards.  We welcome walkers, cyclists and dogs.

Briningham is a perfect location for exploring the North Norfolk Coast. It is four miles from Holt and 7 miles from Blakeney - giving visitors the tranquility of the Norfolk Countryside whilst only being a short drive from the coast.  There is an abundance of excellent restaurants, pubs and gastropubs all within 3 or 4 miles.
